The agreement between you and REM Platforms.

These terms govern your use of the REM Platforms Private Limited platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
We provide access to the REM Platforms product as described in your plan. We may change features over time; we will not materially reduce what you have paid for during a term.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping credentials secure
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement
One person per set of credentials - do not share logins
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
Break the law, or help anyone else do so
Attack, probe or overload the service or any other system
Infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy
Generate or distribute material that is unlawful, or that impersonates a real person or organisation
Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into the platform. You grant us the limited licence we need to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you.
Fees
Fees, billing period and taxes are as set out in your plan. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we can. [State the service level here if the plan carries one.]
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, giving notice where it is reasonable to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in [city] having jurisdiction.
