How to cancel, and when a payment is refunded.

What happens when you cancel, and when a payment is refunded.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
Monthly plans: the current period is not refunded, and you are not charged again
Annual plans: cancel within 14 days of the start of a term for a full refund
If we materially fail to provide the service, we refund the affected period
Usage-based charges already incurred are not refundable
How to request one
Write to support@remplatforms.com from the email on the account, with the invoice number. We reply within 3 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions
We do not refund accounts closed for a breach of the terms of use. [Confirm any statutory consumer rights that override this.]
