Acceptable use policy

What may not be done with the platform, by people or by agents.

Last updated 8 September 2026

This policy sets out what may not be done with REM Platforms. It applies to everyone using the service, and it exists to protect other customers as much as us.

Never

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data

  • Run denial-of-service attacks, or scan and probe infrastructure you do not own

  • Send spam, or harvest contact details for it

  • Upload malware, or use the platform to distribute it

  • Build tooling whose purpose is surveillance of individuals without their consent

  • Generate material that sexualises minors, incites violence, or impersonates a real person or organisation in order to deceive

Automated and agent use

Agents acting on your behalf are your responsibility. Rate limits apply to them exactly as they do to a person, and an agent that circumvents a limit is treated as a breach by you.

Reporting abuse

Tell us at support@remplatforms.com. Include enough detail for us to reproduce what you saw.

What we do about it

Depending on severity we may contact you, throttle the account, suspend it, or end the agreement. Where there is an immediate risk to others we act first and explain afterwards.
