Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data REM Platforms collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Account data: name, email address and the organisation you belong to
Usage data: what you did in the product, and when, so we can support and improve it
Content you provide: the documents, prompts and data you choose to put into the platform
Technical data: IP address, browser and device, collected in server logs

Why we collect it

To provide the service you signed up for, to keep it secure, to meet our legal obligations, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Only with the processors we need to run the service - hosting, email delivery, payments and analytics - each under a contract that limits them to acting on our instructions. [List the named sub-processors here.]

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account is open, and for a limited period afterwards where the law requires it. Logs are kept for a rolling window. [Confirm the exact periods.]

Your rights

Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it
Ask for your data in a portable form

To exercise any of these, write to privacy@remplatforms.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for signing in and keeping your session, and analytics cookies that we ask your consent for. You can withdraw consent at any time.
