Shipping and delivery policy

REM Platforms is delivered as software over the internet. There is nothing physical to ship, but payment providers require this to be stated plainly, so here it is.

Delivery

Access is provisioned to your account immediately once payment is confirmed - in most cases within a few minutes. You receive a confirmation email with sign-in details.

If access does not arrive

Check the spam folder first, then write to support@remplatforms.com with the payment reference. We resolve provisioning problems as a priority.

Physical goods

We do not sell or ship any physical product.
